I just read this quote by Muhammad saying something along the lines of: if the whole world were blind who would you impress then?
That got me to thinking - at first - hmm, he’s right, if everyone were blind, there would be no judging of outer beauty. That would be a pretty amazing place to live wouldn’t it?
But then I got to thinking, well, wouldn’t people just come up with some other aspect to judge? For example, other people’s voices. There would probably be “pretty” voices and there would be “ugly” voices.
I guess either way, we’ve gotta just learn to live with what people dish out.
